Entity relationship subject to verification: public store and privacy-policy records point the app to Hangzhou Quantang Jiabing Technology Co., Ltd. (contact email hangzhouquantang@gmail.com; legal representative Zhao Qi), but no separate overseas operating entity was found. The Google Play seller Sugar_Studio is an account name rather than a publicly registered offshore company, and direct equity linkage is not visible in corporate registry records. The app was also renamed and re-developed from Bubume (developer ZHAO QI) to LuckyDrama (Sugar_Studio), so naming and entity history should be watched. Its monetization label differs from the project's paid tag and should be re-verified against primary store data.
